The Center for Professional Development (CEDEPAL) is the ITAM's Masters in Business Administration's career center. Its objective is to support students in the design and implementation of their career plans and in the development of executive skills like leadership, teamwork, and emotional, intelligence among others.

From the moment the students start the programs, the CEDEPAL offers them personalized consultancy, courses, conferences, and workshops that allow them to consolidate the managerial skills that organizations currently demand from their leaders and strategists.
